General Terms

I do not accept refunds. If the client wants to cancel the order please cancel beforehand and before paying via e-mail or PM.
I have the right to accept/refuse a commission.
The art should not be used for commercial purposes, unless it was part of the agreement or was paid commercially.
Artworks should also not be used/fed to AI generation purposes.
Please indicate preferred canvas size or I will settle with the default size of 3200px by 4200px 350dpi.
Commissions are on a first come first serve basis and may take 7-14 days to complete depending on circumstance, complexity, and placement on the queue.
Client may post or print it for personal use ONLY but do not claim the work as your own.
The artworks finished may be used by me for portfolio purposes/social media posts, unless client request for it to be classified
If the client is unreachable for more than a month, even if the commission has been half-paid, the commission will be considered void and the payment non-refundable.
The artist retains all rights, including copyright, to the commissioned artwork. Purchasing a commission does not transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.
I have the right to adjust any information on this site, including my rates. These adjustments will not affect agreements made prior to the changes.

Once your commission request has been approved, I will send you an invoice before beginning the initial sketch.
A 50% upfront payment is required before starting the initial sketch.
Payment methods are Gcash, Paypal and Wise only
NO REFUNDS after the upfront payment
I will send the final high-resolution file via EMAIL / Gdrive after full payment is completed

Free minor revisions are allowed before rendering stage, three (3) times at max. Additional major revisions will be charged accordingly.
Any additional revisions will be charged an additional fee.
Minor revisions: expressions fixing, color adjustment, adding small details.
Major revisions : pose changes, character changes, clothing changes.
Final file that was sent to Gdrive or Email cannot be revised unless its the artist's mistake.
